The AMC Building is a three-story, 20,000 square foot corporate headquarters that incorporates open office areas, an employee fitness facility, a training room, a kitchen, and an upper level indoor/outdoor patio area. Situated along one of Tulsa’s busy arterial streets, the building’s street façade was of major importance to the client. Crisp lines, an abundance of glass, a sharp white EIFS system, and black horizontal metal panels were all part of creating the clean, modern appeal the client was looking for. At nighttime, the building is hard to miss with custom lighting accentuating it’s modern charisma.
Glass fronted offices and white paint throughout the building present a clean, open feel inside. Wood plank accent walls at the reception desk and elevator lobby, and floating acoustical ceilings help to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The third-floor training room opens up to a unique patio work/lounge area. Complete with four large, all-glass overhead doors, the patio provides a great outdoor view while having the ability to be completely open for fresh air as weather permits.
